Pumpkin Patch

 October 17th

Monday for FHE, we headed to the local Peterson farms to pick our their finest pumpkins.
Despite some of the pics, the kids had a ball.
Miss Gigi was just fine as long as she could ride in the wagon surrounded by all the veggies.
Me, the Rockstar, and Lulu got lost in the corn maze.
Afterwards, we went and BOO'd some of our neighbors with pumpkin bread.
The kiddos were absolutely ecstatic to learn the concept of knocking and running.
Sonny and I couldn't help but get a case of the giggles watching them trip down the stairs and bolt to the car.
They were on cloud 9 for the rest of the night.
I tried to ty it all into a lesson of doing random acts of kindness.
Not a word got in their little heads.
They were still giddy about how surprised our neighbors would be and maybe they would really think ghosts came to their house.
Haha.
I think we have the beginnings of a lot of years of doorbell ditching.
And I'm good with that.
