October 15th
We left saturday morning and headed for the airport.
So funny because the entire 30 minute drive, we saw so many cool little places and restaurants we would have loved to check out. Seriously, most of them were less than 5 miles from where we were staying.
We promised ourselves we would make another trip back and hit some of them.
Ha! We always think we are rich when we are on vacation.
(btw this trip was possible thanks to sitting in a 4 hour time share meeting back in February. haha. thank you global connections)
I have to admit, the flight home was a tad more brutal with miss gigi.
Thanks to a half dozen cookies (first 2 ingredients: sugar & butter) we survived the trip.
So good to be back home.
