Setting a goal.

Okay. SO I am extremely behind on the blog, and I know that I have written that same line over a dozen times on here.
I don't know why this thing has gotten so hard to keep up with...probably because by the time I can get to it each day (around 9 pm...after I have read books, brushed teeth, scolded a few times about prayers being more reverent, changed diapers, tickled backs 50 times, filled up 3 sippy cups, warmed a bottle (don't judge), and carried a scared Rockstar down to my bed to sleep) I guess I just don't feel like doing anything else other than curling up on the couch next to my hubby and watching Pawn Stars on the History channel. Good grief.
It makes me sad too, because so much is going on and I am going to miss not looking back on it.
My kids are at such fun ages and we are having a blast together...you know in an I'm so exhausted we eat cornflakes for dinner sort of way. :)
We just got back from Disneyland and we are headed to Florida soon. Crazy busy. Crazy fun.
So I am setting a goal to catch up this week.
Seems like once I am up to date...blogging feels fun instead of a chore. agreed?
I kind of despise sitting down and tackling the 100 birthday photos or determining which tea cup pic of the 10 taken truly captures the joy in my disney-die-hard kiddos.
Those posts feel a little daunting.
I would so rather write about the little things in life...like the times we stop to smell the roses
or purple flowers in a field... ;)
Ha. And you thought I wouldn't relate this ramble to the beautiful photo of my darling girl didn't you.
See. I remember some of the rules of a decent blogger. :)

Okay. Wish me luck.
I will be busting out the posts in the next few days and hopefully (hopefully!) I will catch up before we take off.
So that is my goal.
And I am going to make it happen.
(positive self talk is the first step right?)

i think i can. i think i can. i think i can.
